Reprointelligence’s RImaster is an advanced, user-friendly color management server that combines a comprehensive suite of features designed for optimal performance in professional printing environments.
True to its name, RImaster reprocesses upstream PDF files, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with the specific needs of high-quality print production. Supporting an unlimited number of output configurations, RImaster automates the conversion to the desired printing standard or unique printing condition. Fully cloud-based, RImaster can be accessed via an intuitive web UI and/or integrated into prepress workflows through WebDAV protocol. Hosted securely in Germany, RImaster upholds the highest standards of data privacy and security.
At its core, RImaster seamlessly integrates Reprointelligence’s cutting-edge color management, rasterization, image processing, and PDF modification technologies. The result is precision data preparation that maximizes ink savings, while utilizing CMYK color spaces to deliver superior color accuracy compared to alternative solutions. RImaster goes beyond standard ICC technology by fully optimizing the CMYK color space, unlocking up to 25% more distinguishable colors. This capability allows RImaster to rival EXG technology in CMYK-only applications, setting a new standard for color processing in the printing industry. This technological breakthrough enhances both image and color processing, significantly enhancing the visual appeal of printed media while ensuring color accuracy and consistency.
Working in tandem with CCAI and RIlink, RI actively generates high-quality color link profiles on the fly without user interaction. This approach unites the strengths of RIcolor, RIlink, and CCAI, delivering significant benefits such as:
